End-User Licence Agreement

1. This agreement

This agreement is between Manawa Networks and each person Manawa Networks authorises to use Manawa Connect (“you”). By using Manawa Connect you agree to it.

2. Licence

Manawa Networks grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Manawa Connect for Manawa Networks business while you are on the Manawa Networks team list.

3. Acceptable use

Don't share your access or let anyone else use your session. Don't try to bypass sign-in, approvals or rate limits, or probe or attack the service. Use QuickBooks information only for Manawa Networks business, and follow Manawa Networks' policies for handling financial and client information.

4. QuickBooks and Intuit

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Manawa Connect is not made or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit's own terms.

5. AI answers

Answers come from AI models working with QuickBooks data and can be wrong or incomplete. Check figures in QuickBooks before relying on them for decisions, filings or payments. Manawa Connect does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

6. Privacy

How information is collected, used and protected is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

Manawa Connect is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Manawa Networks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Manawa Connect.

9. Ending access

Manawa Networks may suspend or end your access at any time, for example by removing you from the team list. Disconnecting QuickBooks ends everyone's access to its data through Manawa Connect.

10. Changes

Manawa Networks may update this agreement. The effective date above changes when it does, and continuing to use Manawa Connect means you accept the update.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
